Additionally, if you wish to study the Econometrics elective in semester 2 you must have studied a quantitative module in the final year of your undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with a grade equivalent to a 2:1. In the second and third years you will build on the foundations laid in your first year with progressively more sophisticated study of investments and financial instruments; firms, markets and pricing; corporate finance; taxation; and European and International monetary systems, so that you will emerge with a firm grasp of the relationship between business and the economic cycle which every employer expects a Business Finance graduate to have.
Applicants must hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification or the Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Flinders University. Applications from those without formal qualifications but with significant professional experience in business or finance will be considered individually.
